Change hourly rate
This changes the hourly rate from 11.30 to 12.70 while keeping the old rates for previously added entries in 2021 and 2022.
Change weekly target time
Similar to example 1, this changes the "weekly target time" from 37.50 to 38.00
and keeps the old value (37.50) for all weeks in date range Jan/01 2021 to Oct/30 2022.
