Time Recording: ‘Task title’ and ‘Task extras’
By default, the app shows the "task name" as display label on all screens.
The "Task title" feature lets you override this and include more information as display text (that is, the customer name plus any of the four "extra" fields).
"Task extras" can store arbitrary additional information per task, like project id, ticket reference, or any other type of free text.
These fields serve several purposes:
• They optionally enrich the task display label, as per above.
• They optionally show on the reports as dedicated columns.
• They can be used as selection criteria for the reports' data filtering.
→ Note the default column title of these four fields can be defined on the "Task title" screen (tap the "Edit" pencil icon).
