Time Recording: Restore using timerec.db.gz
Restore as follows if you have the app's backup file available:
• The file name assigned during backup is "timerec.db.gz", but it might have been renamed later.
• Copy the file to any location on your phone.
• Alternatively, the Android System "File explorer" is very powerful; it can access additional cloud providers, removable storage, and more.
This example shows access to files on a USB stick that's connected to the USB-C port of a Pixel 6 phone (labeled "disk").
Side remark: screenshot 5 also shows two Google Drive accounts that have been registered through their Google accounts on this phone, these can also be accessed.
